Intro workshops are the preferred way to get started in our office, but if it does not fit in your schedule, no worries! There are three simple ways to choose from to book your initial appointment:

Our intro workshops are the best way to get acquainted with what we do and find out if it's a fit for you! Workshops are offered 2x/month on Mondays from 7:15-8:15. For new clients who attend the talk and choose to start care with us, $100 will be waived from your initial exam.
